First Goals of the Africa Cup of Nations

The Burkina Faso national team scored the first goals of the 33rd edition of the Africa Cup of Nations in a match against Cameroon, ending with a score of 1-2, during the opening game held this Sunday evening. Player Gustavo Sangare netted the first goal for his team, "The Stallions," and the tournament, in the 24th minute of the first half of the match, which took place at the Paul Biya Stadium in the Cameroonian capital, Yaoundé.
