A father committed suicide after placing his nine-month-old daughter in a stroller tied to his body and jumping from a height of 35 meters, resulting in their deaths. The British newspaper "Daily Star" reported that Australian Henry Shepherdson, 38, jumped from the Whispering Wall dam, part of the Barossa water reservoir in South Australia, while carrying his daughter, Kobe. Bystanders were horrified by the sight of Shepherdson’s suicide with his daughter and alerted the authorities. When emergency services arrived at the scene, they found the father deceased, and the infant was also pronounced dead at the scene after attempts by paramedics to save her. Police stated that investigators uncovered a history of domestic violence between Shepherdson and his wife, Kobe's mother.
