The gold market opened today with a price of $57.83 for 24-carat gold, $53.01 for 22-carat gold, $50.60 for 21-carat gold, $43.37 for 18-carat gold, and $33.73 for 14-carat gold. The price for an ounce of gold was recorded at $1,798. It is important to note that these prices do not include the sale commission at gold and jewelry shops in the Lebanese market.
