The Army Command - Directorate of Orientation announced via its Twitter account that a group of divers from the Navy Command managed to recover the body of citizen (R.S.) from the sea off the coast of Babel Restaurant in Byblos and handed it over to the Lebanese Red Cross in the presence of a patrol from the Internal Security Forces.
