The media spokesperson for the Riyadh Police, Lt. Khalid Al-Khudairis, stated that security authorities in Al-Kharj Governorate identified three citizens who appeared in a widely circulated video on social media, in which one of them harassed a woman in a public place in the governorate, assaulted her, and fled the scene. He was arrested, preliminary legal actions were taken against him, and he has been referred to the Public Prosecution. Efforts to apprehend the others are ongoing.
