The Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the kingdom's rejection of the plans and actions issued regarding Israel's eviction of Palestinian homes in Jerusalem and the imposition of Israeli sovereignty over them. The ministry emphasized Saudi Arabia's condemnation of any unilateral actions and any violations of international legitimacy resolutions, as well as anything that may undermine the chances of resuming the peace process to achieve security and stability in the region.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated its support for the Palestinian people and its backing of all efforts aimed at reaching a just and comprehensive resolution to the Palestinian issue that enables the Palestinian people to establish their independent state based on the borders of 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital, in accordance with international legitimacy resolutions and the Arab Peace Initiative.
