It continued: "Damascus Radio, while valuing credibility and verifying news from the Jordanian Artists Association, wishes the esteemed singer all the best and health." The great artist Samira Tawfiq was born in Lebanon in 1935 and is considered one of the most famous Lebanese singers, with a successful career that includes many hit songs such as "Asmar Khafif Al-Ruh," "Batalt Al-Hubb," "Dhahab Ma Biddi," "Wahlan," and others.
