After his controversial statement about "having children out of fear of the world collapsing," billionaire Elon Musk has again made headlines by saying he is "considering" leaving his job to become a full-time blogger. In a tweet from his personal account on Twitter yesterday, the founder of SpaceX wrote: "I'm thinking about leaving my job and becoming a full-time blogger. What do you think?"
One of the wealthiest people in the world has previously warned about the declining birth rate globally, urging people to have more children, considering that stopping childbirth poses the biggest threat to humanity. The father of six children (one of whom has passed away) and aspiring to have more, stated in a recent interview with the Wall Street Journal that "there are not enough people." He views the low and rapidly declining birth rates as "one of the greatest risks to human civilization."
He added that "many intelligent people believe that there are too many people in the world and that the population is out of control, but this is entirely the opposite of reality." He stated, "Remember my words, if people do not have more children, civilization will collapse." When asked if this was the reason for having six children, he confirmed he is trying to be a good role model, adding that he needs to practice what he preaches.
It is noteworthy that Musk has made numerous controversial statements, is active on Twitter, and often engages and debates with his opponents in both a sarcastic and intense manner.
