In an interview set to air on GB News tonight, Trump stated that the actions of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex in recent years have hurt "the queen."
The Daily Mail reported Trump as saying during a conversation with Nigel Farage, former leader of the UK Independence Party, that he has never been a "fan" of Meghan, who he believes is exploiting Prince Harry. He said, "I'm not a fan of hers. I never was from day one. I think Harry has been exploited terribly, and I think one day he will regret it."
He added, "I think Harry has been horrifically exploited, and it has destroyed his relationship with his family, which hurts the queen." Trump expressed his belief that Meghan has disrespected the queen, who is considered a great and historic figure. He also spoke about his love for the queen, mentioning that he was raised to respect the royal family because his mother was from Scotland.
