Israeli Occupation Airstrikes Target Surroundings of Hama City in Syria

The Syrian official news agency "SANA" reported that Syrian air defenses intercepted an Israeli attack early this Friday in Hama province, located in the central part of the country.

SANA quoted a Syrian military source stating that Israeli aircraft "launched an aerial aggression with a barrage of rockets from the direction of the Lebanese city of Tripoli, targeting some locations in the vicinity of Hama province" around four o'clock this morning. The source added: "Our air defense systems responded to the hostile rockets and shot down most of them." According to the source, the Israeli aerial aggression targeting Hama province resulted in the death of a family consisting of a father, mother, and two children, along with the injury of four others, including a woman, two children, and an elderly person, in addition to the destruction of three civilian homes on the western outskirts of Hama city.
