His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, expressed his heartfelt condolences to the Moroccan people and the family of child Ryan, who passed away today after being rescued from the well where he had been trapped for five days. In a message posted today on his official Twitter account, His Highness stated: "Our deepest condolences and sympathies to the family of child Ryan, to the brotherly Moroccan people, and to humanity as a whole, which mourns his loss," wishing him God's mercy and that he may dwell in His spacious gardens and granting everyone patience and solace.
