Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi emphasized the depth and strength of the historical relations between Egypt and Saudi Arabia, stating that the partnership between the two countries is strategic and constructive at all levels and in various fields, whether concerning cooperation between governmental bodies or the private sector in both countries.
These remarks were made during his meeting today, Monday, with Turki Al-Sheikh, advisor to the Royal Court of Saudi Arabia and chairman of the General Entertainment Authority, in the presence of Abbas Kamel, head of the Egyptian General Intelligence Service, according to a statement by the spokesperson for the Egyptian presidency, Ambassador Bassam Rady.
The statement indicated that President Sisi stressed that the relations between Cairo and Riyadh are witnessing continuous development and achieving positive and fruitful outcomes in terms of development, economy, investment, and entertainment.
Both sides affirmed that the leaderships and governments of Egypt and Saudi Arabia are always seeking more communication, consultation, coordination, and cooperation to strengthen the bonds of sincere brotherhood between the two countries and their peoples, overcoming any challenges and removing any obstacles that may face joint ventures at both the governmental and private sectors, looking forward to broader horizons of achievement and hastening the realization of shared goals.
