Leak Reveals Prototype Design of iPhone 13

The latest leak for the iPhone 13 has revealed what the new smartphone from Apple might look like, thanks to the prototype of the "iPhone 13 Mini." This unofficial prototype, according to the Chinese site ITHome, features a redesigned dual-camera setup arranged diagonally, unlike the vertical layout seen in last year's iPhone 12.

According to sources, the prototype is still early, as Apple has not confirmed anything regarding the leaks and rumors, especially since mass production of the device has not yet started.

From the appearance of the prototype, there are no significant design changes to the iPhone 13 aside from the camera redesign. Even the dark blue color clearly aligns with the latest lineup from 2020. However, if Apple indeed adheres to the diagonal camera lens placement, it is likely we will see a similar design implemented in larger and more premium models as well.

The iPhone 13 lineup is expected to be supported by the anticipated A15 Bionic chip, which is rumored to be arriving ahead of schedule, with production slated to begin in late May.

It is also rumored that the iPhone 13 will offer several camera upgrades, including a potential portrait mode for video and astrophotography features for capturing the night sky. The regular iPhone 13 may provide sensor-shift stabilization, which was previously limited to the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
