Fadi Abou Chakra, a representative of fuel distributors in Lebanon, confirmed in a statement to Voice of Lebanon 100.5 that the Central Bank of Lebanon will continue to secure funds to support gasoline at a rate of 24,900 Lebanese pounds. He addressed the officials, saying: "Any decision to lift the subsidy will lead to a major problem and an increase in the price of the dollar."
