The two clubs reached this agreement late Friday - Saturday, as reported by "Bild," "Kicker," and "Sky Germany," concluding Lewandowski's standoff with Bayern after he chose not to continue his career with the Bavarian club following his historic record there. Meanwhile, the Catalan newspaper "Sport" reported on its front page that the 33-year-old player "intends to arrive in Barcelona today to complete his medical examination and sign a four-year contract."
