Hossam Habib's father, Hussein Habib, has revealed the reasons behind his son's divorce from Egyptian star Sherine Abdel Wahab, particularly following the disagreement that occurred due to a leaked audio clip of the father. In this clip, he expressed his desire for his son to marry another woman without Sherine's knowledge, as well as his attempts to convince her of a fake divorce.
Hussein Habib addressed Sherine following her separation from his son, noting that she had a good relationship with the family and described her as a "helpful" woman whom everyone loves. He emphasized that regardless of what happened, he will always respect and appreciate her. He added, "Sherine, you are the love of my heart, the love of 300 million Arabs' hearts, and the love of Hossam Habib's heart; we all love you, whether you are my son's wife or not."
He further mentioned, "Sherine was close to me; she always checked on me, she fed me with her own hands, and she invited us to her home; she is a respectable woman from a good family." Hussein Habib revealed the real reason behind Sherine's divorce from his son, stating that his son was not diligent in his work, which made Sherine lose interest as she is an ambitious person who loves success. He emphasized that her initial love for him was due to his achievements, confirming that she would not return to him unless his son finds success in his life.
