The Algerian team displayed a strong performance, showcasing a remarkable first half, and appeared as a worthy opponent to the French team, despite France leading (16-14) at halftime.
The Algerian team continued its good performance in the second half and significantly pressured the French team, but differences in experience favored the French side.
