New Feature on Twitter of Interest to Users

Some websites announced the testing of a new feature in the Twitter app that may interest many users. According to available information, the new feature, called Search Subscribe, will allow users on smartphones and smart devices to receive notifications about tweets related to specific topics they have added to their search list. The new notification feature is expected to appear as a "bell" icon next to the search box option in the Twitter app. Developer Dilett Russell noted that "the new feature is currently being tested with users of the Twitter Alpha app version, and it is still unknown when it will officially appear in the Twitter app for smart devices, but this feature will help users receive notifications related to tweets on topics they are interested in." Some websites mentioned that the new feature will work similarly to the TweetDeck feature available through the desktop Twitter app, and it may also be part of the paid Blue services provided by the app.
