The National News Agency reported that a citizen, Charbel S. Kh. (43 years old), was found hanged inside his apartment in Haouch El Amara, Zahle, without any known reasons. Civil defense personnel worked to transfer his body to President Elias El Harawi Governmental Hospital after completing the necessary legal procedures.
