Former U.S. President Donald Trump revealed that elements from the Federal Bureau of Investigation raided his residence in Florida. Trump emphasized that the raid on his home in Florida is both inappropriate and unnecessary, asserting that he has cooperated with the relevant government agencies. He stated, "These are difficult times for our nation, as my beautiful home in Palm Beach, Florida, is currently under siege, being raided, and occupied by a large group of FBI agents."
In a statement, he added, "Nothing like this has ever happened to a President of the United States before." Trump continued, "They do not want me to run for president in 2024, especially based on recent polls." He remarked, "Such an attack can only happen in broken third-world countries. Unfortunately, America has now become one of those countries, corrupt to a level we have never seen before." Trump is facing several legal issues, including a Justice Department investigation into his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election and an inquiry regarding the insurrection that led his supporters to storm Capitol Hill.
