Lavrov: Resistance Campaign Against Taliban Led by Saleh and Masood "Concentrated" in Panjshir, Afghanistan

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stated on Thursday that the resistance against the Taliban is concentrated in Panjshir with Vice President Amruallah Saleh and the son of the late commander Ahmad Shah Masood, calling for talks to form a "representative government" in Afghanistan. Lavrov said at a press conference in Moscow that "the Taliban do not control all Afghan territory.
