Escalatory Movement of the Healthcare and Medical Sector

In conjunction with the warning strike called by the Doctors' Syndicates of Beirut and the North and the Syndicate of Hospitals in Lebanon on the 26th and 27th of this month, where hospital admissions will be limited to emergency and critical cases, dialysis, and chemotherapy only, a sit-in will take place on the 26th at 11:00 AM in front of the Central Bank of Lebanon in Beirut. This is "in protest against the detention of their funds in the banks and the lack of necessary liquidity for doctors, hospitals, and all healthcare workers," according to a statement from the Syndicate of Hospitals.
