Armed Robberies and Intimidation: The Strike Force Takes Action

A patrol from the strike force of the State Security Agency detained an individual identified as R.D. in the Tel Hayat area of Akkar, after he was involved in armed robberies, gunfire, intimidation of citizens, and extortion. His house was also raided, and unlicensed weapons were confiscated. After questioning him, it was revealed that he was wanted on several arrest warrants due to gunfire directed at a Lebanese army patrol, and there was also an in absentia prison sentence issued against him by the lone military court in the north. The detainee was handed over to the relevant authorities, who are continuing the investigation under judicial supervision.
