For the first time since 2011, Lille has won the French Ligue 1 title after their 2-1 victory against Angers in the final round on Sunday. Jonathan David and Burak Yilmaz scored to bring coach Christophe Galtier's team to 83 points, one point ahead of Paris Saint-Germain, who won 2-0 against Brest but settled for second place.
