Syrian Defenses Respond to Israeli Bombing South of Damascus

The Sana agency reported that air defense systems intercepted an Israeli missile attack targeting several points south of Damascus and shot down most of the hostile missiles. A military source told Sana that at around 4:20 AM today, the Israeli army launched an aerial attack with volleys of missiles from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan, targeting some points south of Damascus, and our air defense systems intercepted the aggressor missiles and shot down most of them. The source added that "the aggression resulted in injuries to a civilian and some material damage."
