The Secretary General of the Arab Bakeries Union in Beirut and Mount Lebanon, Nasser Sourour, indicated that the process of distributing flour is similar to military formations and that the decision does not respect the geographic locations of nearby bakeries. He continued that the bakeries have lost control over the sector and the demonstrations and lines that we warned about have begun. Sourour noted, through MTV, that the decision made by the Minister of Economy and Trade Amin Salam is incorrect, and that we currently have 20,000 tons and are awaiting more with the opening of credits.
