A nutrition expert recommended consuming kiwi fruit as it helps boost the body's immune system and combats the coronavirus. Nutritionist Nourhan Mohy El-Din stated that kiwi is one of the essential foods that strengthen the immune system due to its rich content of various important vitamins and minerals.

She explained that kiwi is a primary source of Vitamin C and is rich in antioxidants, which contribute to fighting colds and the emerging coronavirus. Additionally, she confirmed that kiwi plays a role in maintaining blood pressure levels, thus reducing the risks and diseases associated with it, such as heart attacks.

The expert added that kiwi has a high water content, which helps reduce blood viscosity and stimulates blood circulation, improving blood flow in the arteries. Kiwi is also rich in fiber, which enhances colon movement and protects against the risks of colon cancer. Furthermore, the nutrition expert noted that kiwi has cosmetic benefits as it helps maintain skin freshness and vitality.
