If You Belong to These Groups, You Should Avoid Flying

Russian doctor and health program presenter Alexander Myasnikov has identified groups of people who should be especially cautious during long flights. He noted that these groups include those who have suffered severe cases of "Covid-19," as well as heavy smokers, individuals with blood clots, and those with diabetes.

The doctor urged proper preparation for flights lasting more than four hours, recommending the use of compression clothing during the flight and taking aspirin; if necessary, administering a blood-thinning injection before traveling. Myasnikov also pointed out that the risk of exacerbating chronic diseases increases while flying and advised against alcohol consumption on board, according to "RT."

Additionally, he recommended that when going on vacation, individuals should carry their regular medications, bandages, and antibiotics.
