The Minister of Social Affairs in the caretaker government, Hector Hajjar, met with the team of the "Aman" program at the governmental palace to review the latest updates and assess the delay in the payment that was announced at the presidential palace. He stated, "We will send text messages to the eligible individuals next Monday, and by the end of next week, the payments will begin. We apologize to the Lebanese people and the beneficiaries of the 'Aman' program for the delay that occurred, hoping that we can send the messages earlier in the upcoming phase so that the payments are balanced at the end of the month."
