Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh stated today, Monday, that Israel is committing systematic crimes against us and broadcasting them live to the world, pointing out that the brutal Israeli airstrikes have wiped out entire families in Gaza. Mohammad Shtayyeh confirmed that the Palestinian Authority would approach the United Nations General Assembly, where no state has veto power, calling for a UN resolution declaring the illegality of all Israeli actions.
The Israeli artillery has carried out shelling on various sites in the Gaza Strip, and the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the number of victims in Gaza has risen to 197, including 58 children, 34 women, and 1,135 injuries. Meanwhile, the number of casualties in the West Bank, including Jerusalem, has reached 21 deaths, including one child, and more than 4,369 injured.
On the Israeli side, there have been nine civilian casualties, including one child, in addition to the death of a soldier. This brings the total death toll from the ongoing Israeli bombardment in Gaza for the past week, along with confrontations in the West Bank, including Jerusalem, to 218 fatalities and over 5,604 injured.
