Obstacles Removed from the House of Representatives

The process of removing measures and obstacles surrounding the House of Representatives has begun, attended by the Minister of the Interior in the caretaker government, Bassam Mawlawi. Mawlawi stated from the vicinity of the Parliament: "It is our duty to listen to the voice of the Lebanese. Beirut is a city of life and openness; it is for everyone and not closed to anyone." He added: "I communicated with President Nabih Berri, and those who were protesting here are now inside the council. Together, we will build Lebanon, and just as the elections were successful and people expressed their voices, we as a state will listen to the people's voice and implement what they want."
