Tragic Traffic Accident in Egypt Results in Casualties

The number of victims from a horrific collision involving a heavy truck and a large passenger bus in the New Valley Governorate in southern Egypt has risen to 28, comprising both injuries and fatalities, according to a security source. The security source informed "Sky News Arabia" that 23 injured individuals were transported to the Dakhla General Hospital, while 5 deceased were taken to the hospital's morgue, with 20 ambulances dispatched to the accident site. Major General Mohamed El-Zemlot, Governor of the New Valley, stated during his visit to the injured that a blood transport vehicle was sent to secure the hospital's needs for blood bags, and efforts are ongoing to treat the injured and provide them with necessary care. The governor also expressed his heartfelt condolences to the families of the deceased in the collision.
