How to Face Headaches After "COVID-19"?

How to Face Headaches After

The German Neurological Society has noted that many people suffer from headaches weeks or months after recovering from "COVID-19," stating that headache episodes can be daily in some cases. It explained that headaches caused by "COVID-19" can be managed with over-the-counter pain relievers. However, it also warned against taking these pain relievers daily, as they may harm the kidneys in the long term and can lead to "medication-overuse headaches" if taken for 15 days in a month. Therefore, pain relievers should be taken with caution, and headaches should be addressed through other methods such as walking outdoors and practicing relaxation exercises like yoga and meditation. If these measures do not alleviate the headaches, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
