Iraqi Prime Minister Mustafa Kadhimi called President of the Lebanese Parliament Nabih Berri to congratulate him on the completion of the parliamentary elections. Kadhimi informed President Berri that Iraq will continue, as previously requested by him, to supply Lebanon with quantities of fuel oil for its electricity needs.
