Honoring the First Lebanese Female Pilot Flying Between Germany and Lebanon

The Lebanese embassy in Berlin honored Captain Malak Salman, who piloted the first flight between Germany and Lebanon.

According to the website of Al-Manar TV, the Lebanese ambassador to the Federal Republic of Germany, Dr. Mustafa Adib, honored the Lebanese-German pilot Malak Salman, who commanded the first flight of the German airline Eurowings to Lebanon, following the airline's launch of direct flights from Berlin and Düsseldorf to Beirut. The ceremony took place at the embassy in Berlin to highlight the achievements of the Lebanese community in Germany, with the presence of the Lebanese Deputy Ambassador Dr. Hamza Jamoul and the Lebanese-German pilot Ali Salman.

It is noted that the aircraft piloted by Captain Malak Salman, who hails from the southern town of Majdal Zoun, arrived at Beirut Airport on December 21 at 6:15 PM. At that time, Malak expressed her enduring love for the land of the Cedars and her great happiness at being chosen to pilot the first flight to her homeland, Lebanon.
