American police in Utah arrested a man for allegedly causing massive wildfires while trying to kill a spider. British network "Sky News" reported that the 26-year-old man was apprehended last Monday north of Salt Lake City, the state capital. Corey Martin stated that he was on a walk when he spotted the spider in a mountainous area and attempted to burn it using a lighter. The man did not clarify why he tried to kill the spider by burning it. An official from the American police noted that there was no evidence that the young man intentionally started the fire. However, he confirmed that Martin's actions were reckless and incomprehensible, suggesting that even the young man might not understand why he acted that way.
