He stated in an interview with the newspaper "Izvestia," "If a person experiences an electric shock from atmospheric lightning, medical help should be sought immediately for further examinations, as there may be burns and neurological consequences resulting from the electric shock." According to him, when there is a risk of lightning strikes, one should not take shelter under a lone tree that may be struck by lightning. He added, "If a person is in an open area, it is better for them not to stay in a high place, and they should turn off their mobile phone and other devices. It is advisable to hide in a low and enclosed space, as strong winds generally accompany the discharge of electrical charges from the atmosphere. Therefore, one should avoid waiting near dilapidated structures and billboards."
