In a recent update, Tidal has released its first app for the Apple Watch, allowing users to play music offline or stream without needing an iPhone nearby. According to the website “Engadget”, users will need to link their Tidal account through a web browser and then can activate their playlists from their wrist at any time.
Sources indicate that this Tidal app was previously limited to Samsung watch users, so its introduction to the Apple Watch is likely to attract more users. This app represents the fourth major streaming service that operates independently on the Apple Watch, after Apple Music, Spotify, and Pandora, as reported by “Engadget”.
