The Moroccan star Saad Lamjarred appeared as a guest on the program The Insider in Arabic, where he spoke for the first time about his life in exile after being accused of several rape cases in France.
Lamjarred mentioned that he felt wronged, stating, "I do not object to what I have lived through, and I thank God for the experience I have had in my life, saying: 'I have gained many beautiful things from it.'" He also responded to host Eli Nakhlah's question about what difficult experiences in exile had taught him, saying: "It taught me patience." He asked the host to stop asking questions about these topics and move on to other types of questions.
Lamjarred continued by saying that living abroad had brought him closer to his family, who supported him in everything in his life. He explained that his parents spent a lot of time with him in France. He considered his permanent residence in France as a chance to focus more on singing, as he spent long periods in the studio. In the interview, Saad apologized to his aunts whom he had not visited for a long time due to life's demands and promised to meet them soon. He also sent greetings to his grandmother, whom he visits every time he is in Morocco, describing her as the blessing of the Lamjarred family.
