French Ambassador to Lebanon Anne Griot tweeted after a visit by U.S. envoy Amos Hochstein and U.S. Ambassador Dorothy Shea to the Pine Palace to discuss U.S. and French efforts to support Lebanon, as announced by the U.S. Embassy. She stated: "In-depth dialogue regarding the maritime border with U.S. envoy Amos Hochstein. It is important for Lebanon's future and the stability of the region to reach a diplomatic solution to this dispute through negotiation. France will spare no effort in this regard."
