The President of the Constitutional Council, Jean Matte, stated in a statement, "In light of the official announcement of the election results on 17/5/2022, according to the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities letter No. 79/P.M. dated 17/5/2022, the Constitutional Council informs those concerned that the deadline for submitting appeals in the parliamentary elections for the May 2022 session ends on 16/6/2022 inclusive."
