Barcelona falters again and falls into the draw trap

The young Moroccan player Abdel Samad Zellzouli's impressive performance was not enough to secure the "expected" victory for the Spanish club Barcelona, which stumbled again in La Liga. Barcelona settled for a 2-2 draw against its host Osasuna, in a match where the Moroccan Zellzouli shone and scored a beautiful goal.

In the first half, Barcelona took the lead through its young player Nico, before Osasuna equalized with a goal from David Garcia. In the second half, Zellzouli scored to give the Catalan club the lead in the 49th minute, and while the match seemed to be heading for a "valuable" win for Barcelona, Osasuna equalized through Chimi Avila in the 86th minute.

Barcelona currently occupies the eighth position in the league standings and remains far from the qualifying spots for European competitions, trailing by 15 points behind the league leaders Real Madrid. For the second time this season, Zellzouli has caught attention; he is a young Moroccan born in Beni Mellal, northern Morocco, in 2001, and moved with his family to Spain at the age of four. He played with Hercules and was promoted to the first team, participating in matches as a professional in Spain's second division before being "snatched up" by scouts from Barcelona last August.
