Hajj and Umrah: Entry to the Kaaba Not Allowed and No Appointments for Receiving the Black Stone

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah announced that entry to the Kaaba is not permitted, stating that the "Eatmarna" app does not offer a service for scheduling an appointment to receive the Black Stone. The ministry confirmed that "the process for receiving the Black Stone is subject to the regulations of the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, and further information can be obtained by contacting them." The ministry indicated that it has "responded to a proposal regarding the utilization of the barriers present in the Tawaf area to organize the entry and exit to enable pilgrims and others to receive the Black Stone," affirming that "the proposal has been directed to the relevant authorities." In earlier reports, informed sources mentioned that a service for scheduling the reception of the Black Stone and the Yemeni Corner, as well as praying at the Hijr Ismail, will be organized through approved electronic applications after the service for scheduling Tawaf for non-pilgrims is made available in the Grand Mosque.
