The Minister of Culture, Judge Mohammed Wissam Mortada, issued a decision to exempt Lebanese visitors from the entrance fee to archaeological sites, the National Museum, and the museums and palace of Beiteddine from the 18th to the 27th of this month. This is in celebration of the International Museum Day, the National Heritage Day, and the 80th anniversary of the National Museum.

He noted that this initiative is part of the Ministry of Culture’s efforts to commemorate these occasions, encourage citizens, and raise awareness about the role of museums in social development and the appreciation of their cultural heritage.
