Sources from the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that heavy machine-gun clashes erupted after midnight on Tuesday and continued into Wednesday morning between Turkish-backed factions and the Manbij Military Council forces, part of the SDF, near the village of Um Jlood, north of the city of Manbij, east of Aleppo. There is currently no information on human losses. Additionally, activists from the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that after midnight on Sunday and Monday, April 26, Turkish forces conducted missile strikes targeting the village of Tukhareh Mahsleh in the countryside of Manbij, east of Aleppo, within areas controlled by the Manbij Military Council, with no information on human casualties.
