Professor Hiroshi Hiraiizumi stated in a press interview that lack of activity in body parts leads to early aging. The Japanese expert recommended beginning the fight against body “rust” by engaging in regular stretching exercises, particularly for the back and neck. Hiraiizumi also mentioned that doing some exercises before starting any activity improves blood circulation and helps nourish the muscles, which in turn helps slow the aging process.

In addition to the Japanese advice, doctors and nutrition experts recommend a high daily intake of omega-3 supplements, which may also help slow the aging effects by suppressing damage and enhancing cellular protection during and after stressful events. According to a recent American study, omega-3 supplements contribute to what researchers call stress resistance, which is about reducing damage during stress, after acute stress, and protecting cellular components that shrink due to aging.
