Google has announced the release of the latest version of the Chrome browser, which is equipped with technologies and features that make internet usage more practical and secure. One of the most significant advancements in the new Chrome 90 version is the additional protection systems against NAT Slipstreaming electronic attacks. The browser blocks connections via the FTP, HTTP, and HTTPS protocols associated with the so-called "554" digital ports. Moreover, developers have equipped this version with AV1 encryption technologies that will enhance and increase data protection during video calls.
Another important feature in the new Chrome version is the Link to Text Fragment feature, allowing anyone to send a guiding link to another user, which will direct that user to a specific passage or sentence previously identified on a webpage. This means that the link recipient can read exactly what the sender intends to highlight without needing to read the entire page where the information resides.
Additionally, users of the latest version of the Google browser can rearrange the pages and tabs opened on the search bar or rename these pages as they see fit, allowing for quick access to these tabs by clicking the "Alt+Tab" keys. The browser is also equipped with significant features that reduce data consumption and traffic for open but not actively used pages during internet usage, which will significantly lessen the load on computer processors and help conserve battery power.
