The General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque continues to receive groups of pilgrims on the Day of Tarwiyah, implementing a system of services and precautionary measures. They organize the entry of pilgrims according to designated pathways for Tawaf, ensuring physical distancing and facilitating their rituals with ease.

The presidency has provided several services and programs for the pilgrims, in tandem with continuous cleaning and sterilization processes throughout the Grand Mosque and its courtyards. The movement of the incoming and outgoing groups of pilgrims is organized through three gathering points (Al-Kadi Point, Al-Shabika Point, and Al-Ajiyad Point) for entering the Grand Mosque. Thermal cameras have also been installed at the entrances to monitor body temperature, to facilitate and ease the performance of the sacred rituals by the guests of Allah.

Additionally, the presidency has worked on providing translation services for the guests in 10 languages within the Grand Mosque, and distributing single-use Zamzam water bottles to the pilgrims, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency (SPA). These services and programs are part of a plan developed by the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque, in coordination with institutions involved in the Grand Mosque to provide all necessary resources and services for the pilgrims.
