"Victim" of Ronaldo's "Super Shot": We Had Shouted at Each Other Before

The woman who was hit by a shot from Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo at the "Young Boys" stadium revealed that she knew the "Don" before his move to Manchester United and they had previously exchanged insults. In an interview with Globo Esporte, Marisa Nobile shared details of her encounter with Ronaldo when he was still playing for Real Madrid, noting that he did not leave a good impression on her.

Nobile stated: "When he was playing for Real Madrid, there was a moment when I shouted at him," adding: "He was still on the field with some players, so I yelled at them saying: the match is over, and you're still on the field, making the audience not leave."

She continued: "I was very tired that day. Ronaldo asked me to speak with the coach, but I responded: how rude," according to Spanish newspaper Marca.

The second encounter between Ronaldo and Nobile was not better than the first, as a "super" shot from Ronaldo caused Nobile to suffer a serious injury before the Manchester United vs. Young Boys match in the Champions League on Tuesday.

Nobile denied that Ronaldo shot the ball at her on purpose, saying: "It was not revenge; he held my hand and not my face and kept asking me if I was okay." According to Marca, Ronaldo gifted Nobile his jersey after apologizing to her.
