On this day, the gold market opened with a price of 59.65 USD for 24-carat gold, 54.68 USD for 22-carat gold, 52.19 USD per gram for 21-carat gold, 44.73 USD for 18-carat gold, 34.79 USD for 14-carat gold, 24.85 USD for 10-carat gold, and the price of an ounce of gold reached 1,855.20 USD. It should be noted that these prices do not include the sale commission at gold and jewelry shops in the Lebanese markets.
